During the lecture you will learn:

[ V ] Who is "Doula" and what is Doula's role in pregnancy, delivery and postpartum period;
[ V ] The importance of balanced diet and supplements intake during pregnancy;
[ V ] How to prepare for the delivery in order to have a healthy, natural and joyful birth;
[ V ] The strategies for successful and effective breastfeeding.
